ANSWER: Not really.  Anyone can make use of this product, young and old.

QUESTION: When it comes to the English and Spanish mentioned in regard to the booklet in the kit, are there two separate booklets involved--one for each language?

ANSWER: No.  Both languages are in a single booklet.  Pages 1 through 20 contain the English version of the instructions, etc and pages 21 through 32 contain the Spanish version.
